Installation responsibility is not just signing a contract. Commitment is that every step is essential.
The figure below shows the execution of the installation responsibility.
We distinguish the following phases:
Inventory phase
In the inventory phase, the installation manager examines the status of the installation. During this investigation, we will also derive the status of maintenance, competence and information. The inventory may also include the results of previous inspections by third parties. The letter of intent forms the basis of the research.
Bet
The outcome of the inspection contains all shortcomings with a distinction between structural and incidental shortcomings. Based on the results, the installation manager will initiate an improvement plan. This plan is and discussed with the customer. The client and the installation manager have a installation responsibility here; The installation responsible for the quality of the research and the client for the commitment to the outcome. The commitment is formalised in a letter of responsibility.
Optimization
Based on the commitment between the client and the installation manager, the installation manager draws up a campaign plan for the improvement actions. Here, the customer is responsible for the support, while the installation manager is responsible for the actions. Installation responsibility now passes from the driver to the installation manager.
