On the basis of the Installation Responsibility Directive, operational regulations have been developed to give substance to the introduction of installation responsibility.
This operational application must achieve unambiguity and uniformity of all employees who are involved in advising on installation responsibility or who are deployed when taking over installation responsibility.
Installation responsibility is based on compliance. This is compliance with the conformity and integrity of installations where conformity has to do with compliance with regulations and integrity and ensuring the maintenance of the certain status.
With that, changes, expansion, modification and anything that changes the status are subject to suffocating rules.
Any party with whom an agreement is concluded for installation responsibility shall have access to these operational rules.
By gaining access to these operational regulations, users receive an instruction and support in use.
Following the operational rules and regulations is an obligation!
Deviations, comments and questions are welcome, the idiosyncratic ignorance of these regulations is prohibited!
The installation manager can therefore not be held responsible for actions outside this regulation.
Ignoring the rules is reason to report to the company's legal representative.
The image below gives an overview of the activities during operation and maintenance.
The rules are based on these activities.
